U.S. Congressman (R, C.O.) Doug Lamborn House Armed Services Committee, and Natural Resources Committee
Rep. Doug Lamborn is in his 7th term and represents Colorado’s 5th district in the center of the state including Colorado Springs. Currently, he serves on the Armed Services (Ranking Member-Readiness, Tactical & Land Forces) and Natural Resources (Water-Oceans-Wildlife, Energy & Mineral Resources) Committees.
Congressman Lamborn attended the University of Kansas as a National Merit Scholar and graduated with a journalism degree and a law degree before moving his family to Colorado Springs to practice business and real estate law. He served in the Colorado General Assembly from 1995 to 2006, in both the State House and State Senate. He and his wife Jeanie, married 43 years, have five children and four grand-children.
